This License Agreement explains how you may use digital products purchased from KirtanFX (kirtanfx.com).

License Type

All digital products sold on KirtanFX are licensed under a Single-User Commercial License, unless stated otherwise on the individual product page.

Permitted Uses

You may:

• Use the assets in personal and commercial projects
• Use the assets for client work and social media content
• Edit and modify the assets to fit your creative needs
• Use the assets in unlimited projects as a single user under one license

Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the assets
• Upload the files to any platform or public/private storage service
• Include the assets in templates, plugins, or tools for redistribution (free or paid)
• Share the assets with clients, team members, or colleagues

Attribution

Attribution is not required.
If you choose to credit, you may use:

License Scope

• Valid for one individual user only
• Non-transferable
• Sublicensing is not allowed

Updates & Support

• Free updates are included for the purchased version (if available)
• Support is available via the Contact page

Legal Notice

All digital assets are the intellectual property of KirtanFX.
Unauthorized use, sharing, or distribution may result in legal action.
