Refund Policy

As an individual seller, I strive to provide my customers with the highest quality products and services. However, I understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This Refund Policy outlines my policy regarding refunds.

Refund Eligibility:

I want to make sure my customers are satisfied with their purchases. Therefore, I have the following exceptions to my refund policy:

  • Wrong Product Purchase: If you purchased the wrong product, I will not refund your money. However, I will give you the product that you intended to purchase. You must notify me within 24 hours of your purchase and provide proof of purchase.
  • Dissatisfaction with Product: If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like a refund, you must request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase. After 24 hours, I will not provide a refund.

Please note that I do not offer refunds for any other reason, including but not limited to, changes in your personal circumstances, technical difficulties with your device or internet connection, or dissatisfaction with a product after the 24-hour refund period.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact me by email at [email protected] within the 24-hour refund period. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. I will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

Refund Processing:

If your refund request is approved, I will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
