Which editing software do KirtanFX products work with?
Most packs work across all major editors, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve and CapCut. If a product has software-specific versions, you’ll see a dropdown on its product page. Pick your editor there.
Do the products work on Mac and Windows?
Yes. Every product works on both macOS and Windows.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, Paytm, EMI, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Need another option? Contact us.
Is it a one-time payment or a subscription?
One-time. You pay once and keep lifetime access. No subscriptions, no recurring charges.
Can I use the assets in commercial projects?
Yes. Every purchase includes a commercial license, so you can use the assets in client work, YouTube videos, reels and anything else you make. See the license agreement for details.
How many devices can I install the assets on?
Each license covers one user on one personal device. To use it on another device, or for another person, you’ll need to purchase an additional license.
Your Download Links
I didn’t receive my download link.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing? Contact us with your email and order details and we’ll resend it right away.
I can’t unzip my download on Windows.
Try 7-Zip, which handles large files better than the built-in Windows extractor. If it still won’t open, contact us and we’ll send an unzipped version.
My download link expired or doesn’t work.
Download links are refreshed from time to time. Email us and we’ll send you a new one.
I received the wrong file or version.
This usually happens when a different software version was selected at checkout. Message us and we’ll sort it out quickly.
Where can I find the installation guide?
A video installation guide is included in your download folder and linked in your confirmation email. You can also browse all install guides.
After Your Purchase
When will I get access to my product?
Right after payment. Your download link appears on the order confirmation page and arrives by email within minutes.
How do I install an editing pack?
Most assets are drag-and-drop ready. Some need a quick one-time setup that takes a few minutes. Step-by-step instructions are in the installation guide.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. Your invoice is emailed to you along with your order confirmation and download details.
I’m switching to different editing software. Will my assets still work?
Tell us which software you’re moving from and to, and we’ll help you get the right version.
Are updates included?
Yes. We update our assets regularly to keep them optimized and bug-free, and every update is free for existing customers.
