LICENSE AGREEMENT

This License Agreement explains how you may use digital products purchased from KirtanFX (kirtanfx.com). By purchasing or downloading any product, you agree to this license.

1. License Type

All products are sold under a Single-User Commercial License, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

This license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product.

2. What You Are Allowed To Do

You may:

  • Use the assets in personal and commercial projects
  • Use them for client work
  • Use them in social media content, ads, films, and online content
  • Modify, edit, and customize the assets
  • Use the assets in unlimited projects under one license

3. What You Are NOT Allowed To Do

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the files
  • Upload the files to public or private storage platforms for sharing
  • Include the assets inside templates, plugins, or products for resale
  • Share files with team members, clients, or collaborators
  • Claim the assets as your own

Each user must purchase their own license.

4. Attribution

Attribution is not required.

If you wish to credit, you may use:

“Assets by KirtanFX – kirtanfx.com”

5. License Scope

  • Valid for one individual user only
  • Non-transferable
  • Sublicensing is not permitted

6. Updates & Support

  • Free updates are included for the purchased version (if available)
  • Support is provided via our Contact page or email

7. Ownership

All products remain the intellectual property of KirtanFX.
Purchasing a product grants usage rights only — not ownership.

Unauthorized use or distribution may result in legal action.
